Document Control Procedure[]
1. This document is controlled by the Document Owners, named above, who are responsible for reviewing and accepting all changes to this document.
2. This document reflects current practice and therefore will need to be updated as practice changes. Any procedure user can raise changes to this document.
3. All updates will be communicated to all UL Technical Services users via email, however it is the responsibility of all process users to keep themselves up-to-date with changes to this document.
4. All new employees working on this process will be trained in this procedure.
5. All documents will be reviewed at least once per year.
